Harry is an experienced environmental social scientist, conservation practitioner and project manager. His research explores the cultural roots of our relationship with nature, specialising in human values and behaviour change. With extensive international leadership experience, Harry has guided numerous projects to thrive.

Dr Lewis Winks

Lewis has a background in social science, ecology, campaigning and advocacy. His research focuses on nature connectedness, environmental and outdoor education, behaviour change, and cultures of learning. Lewis has worked within the environmental education sector, supporting practitioners through programme development, training and evaluation. 

Dr Rachel Manning

Rachel is an environmental social scientist specialising in understanding young people’s connection to the natural world and its impact on their wellbeing. With expertise in project management, education programme design and facilitation, and evaluation, she has worked extensively in the charity sector. 

Professor Stewart Barr

ASSOCIATE

Stewart is Professor of Geography at the University of Exeter. He is an environmental social scientist, specialising in understanding public responses to environmental issues, such as climate change. His research examines the mechanisms that drive high-consumption practices and the opportunities for promoting sustainable lifestyles, particularly in the field of travel, tourism and mobility. 

Dr Susan Warren

ASSOCIATE

Susan is an experienced practitioner and researcher, who works as a consultant and Board member in the fields of nature conservation, sustainability and community development. She engages with a wide range of public, private, voluntary and community sector organisations to lead and support business and strategic planning, project development and management, fundraising, partnership working, and impact evaluation. She has particular research expertise in the areas of human behaviour change and human-animal/nature relationships.
